What we do · Where most of our work is
Regulatory reporting
Most of our work today is helping banks meet their regulatory reporting obligations. We do the same for capital markets firms, fintechs and fund managers: returns that are accurate, on time and explainable, with less manual effort every cycle.
Why it matters
Reporting is where data, process and regulation meet
Regulatory returns draw on data from across the business: core banking, trading and accounting systems, risk engines, fund administrators and spreadsheets. Getting them right every period takes more than a reporting tool. It takes clear data ownership, lineage from source to return, robust controls and people who understand what the regulator is actually asking for.
Our experience covers reporting to the FCA, the European Central Bank and De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB), across all aspects of external regulatory reporting at a European level. Our team also supports firms operating across the wider EMEA region, including the Middle East.
For banks, the bar keeps rising: new releases of the EBA reporting framework, granular central bank collections and supervisors’ expectations for risk data aggregation under BCBS 239. We help banks turn each new obligation into a reliable, repeatable process, rather than another spreadsheet.

How we help
End to end, or where you need us
Health checks
An independent review of your reporting: accuracy, controls, key-person risk and readiness for regulatory change.
Regulatory change
Impact analysis, requirements, data mapping and testing when rules, taxonomies or templates change.
Data and lineage
Data models, dictionaries and lineage from source systems to each reported cell, so every number can be explained.
Platform implementation
Selecting, implementing and upgrading reporting platforms, and integrating them with your data sources.
Automation
Replacing manual spreadsheets and hand-offs with automated, controlled data flows, including carefully governed use of AI.
Managed reporting
We can prepare and run the reporting cycle for you as a managed service, with your team reviewing and signing off.
Outcomes
What good looks like

- Reporting data reused for management information
Questions we are often asked
Can AI prepare our regulatory returns?
Not on its own, and it should not. Returns must be repeatable and explainable, so the calculation belongs in deterministic, tested logic. AI is valuable around that core: reading regulatory changes, mapping data, spotting anomalies and drafting commentary. Read our view.
We use a fund administrator. Why would we need help?
The manager remains responsible for its regulatory reporting. We help you check what your administrator produces, fill gaps in the data they need from you, and put the right oversight and controls in place.
Can you help at short notice before a deadline?
Yes. Our consultants can join quickly to stabilise a reporting cycle, and then help you fix the underlying causes.
